Parade of Homes Site Submittal
The BIA is currently accepting 2017 Parade of Homes site submissions. For consideration for the 2017 show, developers/realtors must submit the following by April 30:
· A plat map of the subdivision
· Name of subdivision
· Location (include address of site and directions)
· Number of lots available for Parade of Homes (lots for Parade homes as well as available lots for vendor space, concessions, etc.)
· Proposed lot price list
· Number of acres available for parking (2 acre minimum)
· List of schools in boundary (elementary/middle/high school)
· Marketable features of site (view, access, lot sizes, neighborhood amenities, comps in the area, etc.)
Materials may be submitted electronically via email to our Event Coordinator, Danielle Kilian, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by mailing or dropping off to the BIA office at 103 E. 29th St., Vancouver, WA 98663.
Visits will be made to all sites submitted and an official site will be selected in May.
