Building Industry Association Members Support VFW Project

Last week, the BIA’s golden shovels made an appearance at a ground breaking ceremony for the Vancouver Veterans of Foreign War‘s new Veteran Pavilion.

The pavilion was donated by the Clark County Veterans Court Advisory Board (a nonprofit organization started by Clark County Judge Zimmerman) in partnership with a grant from the Cowlitz Tribe.

Members involved in this build (donating labor and/or materials) include:

Thank you to our members for continuing to help support projects that support our community.

“Supporting community projects such as the VFW Pavilion is one of the many ways our members give back to the community. It’s no secret that the housing market is hot right now, and for our members to take time out of their busy schedules to support veterans that have sacrificed so much for our country is nothing short of incredible,” stated BIA’s Executive Director Avaly Scarpelli.
