Two new members appointed to BIA Board of Directors
Chuck Neibert & Janice Hall Matteo join the BIA Board of Directors
Two new members have been appointed to the Building Industry Association of Clark County’s Board of Directors by 2020 President Dave Myllymaki.
Appointed as Builder Director is Chuck Neibert, co-founder of Affinity Homes LLC. Chuck has worked in the industry for more than fifteen years and prior to helping co-found Affinity Homes in 2018, Chuck worked for a production homebuilder constructing custom homes, where he managed the construction of two award-winning homes in the NW Natural Parade of Homes. Chuck acquired the knowledge and skills necessary for running a homebuilding business with his business partner, John Colgate. In just one year, Affinity Homes as attained milestone successes. Their home “The Dalton” swept the awards in the 2019 Clark County New Homes Tour presented by Fairway Independent Mortgage, while their home, “The Hamlin” received five People’s Choice Awards in the 2019 NW Natural Parade of Homes.
Appointed as Supporter Director is Janice Hall Matteo, Realtor and owner of Elite Realty NW, Keller Williams Premier Partners. Janice is a community driven individual with a passion for several non-profit organizations throughout Clark County. She has been a Realtor for 15 years, has served as the President for the Clark County Association of Realtors, two terms as the President for the Greater Portland Metro network of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Vice President of Operations for the Washington Realtors, and on numerous committees for the National Association of Realtors. She was the recipient of the Realtor of the Year award for the Clark County Association of Realtors in 2015. Her interests include travel, photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dave Myllymaki, BIA’s 2020 President, states, “We are excited to have these two dynamic individuals join the BIA’s Board of Directors. Both Chuck and Janice will add a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience that will complement our current leadership makeup well.”
The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County is a nonprofit trade association representing the interests of all businesses involved with real estate, land development, homebuilding, and construction.
