Events & Programs
A Parade of Homes is a nationally recognized event that is held uniquely at many HBAs. In our show we host at a single site location with multiple builders and homes, this event is open to the public (with purchase of tickets) to view these homes in person. It offers builders a chance to showcase their product to thousands of attendees - it is a great opportunity to get noticed and gain potential business.
Much like the Parade of Homes that displays builder projects - this one is a spread out site across Clark County, WA. It is considered to have more "approachable projects", including large and small remodel projects, landscaping, new homes and new entry level homes.
A: The BIA offers sponsorship opportunities for events year-round, providing businesses with exposure to the building industry and local community.
A: Some events like the Parade of Homes and Tour of Homes are open to the public, while others are members-only. Typically when registering for an event there will be member pricing and non-member pricing.
