Clark County Stormwater Manual & Code Update – Submit Your Comments! 

Clark County is updating the 2015 Stormwater Design Manual and associated county code. A draft manual and code were submitted to the Department of Ecology for review and approval in June 2020. Clark County’s phase I NPDES municipal stormwater permit requires the final manual and code be effective by July 1, 2021.

Clark County is soliciting comments on the draft manual through most of January to prepare for official adoption. Submit comments to Rod Swanson via email.
