NW Natural Parade of Homes Groundbreaking Goes Virtual

The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is excited to announce this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes presented by HomeStreet Bank will be held at Felida Overlook September 10-26. Due to gathering restrictions to limit transmission of COVID-19, the annual groundbreaking ceremony was moved to a virtual format, available for viewing on the BIA’s YouTube: https://youtu.be/I3Lh6C8dpdk.

The virtual groundbreaking video includes short interviews with sponsors and builders, providing a sneak peek of what to expect at this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes. Falling in line with tradition, all homes have a price point of over $1 million and will feature square footages more than 3,000 square feet.

Nine builders will be featured in this year’s show: Affinity Homes (building two homes), Axiom Luxury Homes, Cascade West Development, Gecho Homes, Generation Homes Northwest, Ginn Group, Marnella Homes, Quail Homes, and Vilhauer Construction.

Nine of the ten homes are pre-sold and are not for sale. The only home for sale is a Showplace Home for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital being built by Marnella Homes. 100% of the profits from the sale of the home will be directly donated to St. Jude to support their mission of finding cures for cancer and saving children.
