Building Industry Group Announces 2022 General Election Endorsements

The Building Industry Group (BIG), a non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC) of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County, announces endorsements for the upcoming general election on November 8, 2022.

“Every general election cycle, the BIG PAC sits down with Clark County candidates to get to know them and determine which ones align with the priorities of the building industry and housing affordability concerns in our community,” stated Jamie Howsley, BIG PAC Chair. “It’s not only an interview, but also a free exchange of knowledge and concerns, an opportunity to learn more about the work we are doing.”

General Election Endorsements:

1.      State Representative, Legislative District 17 – Kevin Waters (Position No. 1)

2.      State Representative, Legislative District 17 – Paul Harris (Position No. 2)

3.      State Representative, Legislative District 18 – Stephanie McClintock (Position No. 1)

4.      State Representative, Legislative District 18 – Greg Cheney (Position No. 2)

5.      County Councilor District No. 1 – Glen Yung

6.      County Councilor District No. 2 – Michelle Belkot

7.      County Councilor District No. 5 – Don Benton

8.      Clark Public Utilities Commissioner District No. 2 – Nancy Barnes
