A new and improved kitchen and great room perfect for entertaining friends and family.

This home has undergone a huge transformation. The kitchen was moved to an area that was previously the covered back porch and the original kitchen location was converted into a wet bar. A large walk in pantry and a new butlers pantry was added to the space. The kitchen includes high end luxury appliance, an oversized sink, custom hood and an enormous island perfect for entertaining. In addition to the kitchen, a 400 sq ft living room was added with oversized sliding glass doors leading out to the covered patio area. Outside the kitchen in the courtyard, a powered louvered patio system was used to create a functional year round entertaining space. The outdoor living space was updated to include a fire ring, outdoor BBQ cabinet, pass through bar at the kitchen window and an amazing concrete patio divided with turf strips. All of this is completed with flooring throughout the main spaces of the home and beautiful, new paint colors. In the end, this home has become a space perfect for entertaining.
