The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is making workforce development a top priority for 2023. As such BIA’s Building Futures Foundation is hosting an evening to highlight Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and workforce development initiatives from around Southwest Washington. On April 20 at The Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, the building and construction industry will be coming together to show appreciation for our community’s Workforce Development Champions.
