The Building Industry Association celebrates 45 years of the GRO Parade of Homes with a public groundbreaking!
Everyone is invited to attend the groundbreaking that will begin the journey to Southwest Washington’s longest running and most well-attended home show. BIA and GRO have partnered to host the Parade of Homes for the past 2 years which drew 10,000 attendees in 2022.
Our organizers and 2023 builders that will be onsite including: Danielle Kilian-BIA Event Director, Bart Hansen-BIA Executive Officer, Garret Hergert-GRO Chief Executive Officer, Chuck Neibert-Affinity Homes Co-owner & BIA Vice President/Chair of POH Representatives from Cascade West Development, Kingston Homes, and Marnella Homes.
