What once was just another house on the block was transformed into a light, bright modern beauty that is sure to maintain its curb appeal for years to come.
Our clients came to us looking to update the exterior of their 1970’s home. The home lacked curb appeal and felt hidden by the large trees surrounding it.
Removing the trees brought in natural light and created a more open and inviting look. Durable James Hardie Artisan Siding, which has been engineered to withstand our wet Northwest weather, was installed both vertically and horizontally to give it a more modern appearance.
Painting the house complimentary neutral tones and replacing the old door with a shaker craftsman style door in a contrasting color created dimension and modernized the look of the house. The existing outdated post was also wrapped in siding and trim to match the rest of the house.
