A. C. T. Builders enclosed the original covered patio to become an entertainment room. We left the existing roofline in place to decrease cost. We raised the floor and connected it to the house to create more living space, creating a media room with lots of windows, addition of lights, tile floors and custom cabinetry.
Our homeowners wanted to extend their outdoor living space to include a paver stone patio that complimented the entertainment room flooring as well as our PNW surroundings. They wanted a durable material that is easy to maintain. This space can now be used year round to include that indoor-outdoor feeling.
