Open Living & Kitchen
The Ferjancic’s moved into their home in 2006 and after looking at it for more than 15 years, they decided to start the process of remodeling their home. They started with several divided-up rooms (living/family/dining/kitchen) their goal was to create an open great room layout for entertaining with an open feel. After several visits and many hours at the NW Kitchen Design showroom meeting with our designer, they created a design that they loved. This allowed them to commit to a visual they wanted to move forward with. Previously they had a pantry & laundry room in the kitchen creating separation. The laundry room and pantry were relocated to create a wide-open space. The design also added several windows an da 12’ folding patio door to showcase their nicely landscaped backyard to create a more open feel from the inside of the home. The home is now a modern home that the homeowners get to enjoy with their new creation of living and entertaining space.

My name is Grayson. I have been a Custom Home Builder in the Pacific Northwest since 1990, and the story of my business is long, on quality and integrity. During this time, I have completed thousands, of too-many-to-list here, eye catching projects in and throughout Clark County, Washington, and surrounding areas. With a positive attitude, I work with customers, first listening to them; then incorporating their ideas, with my own talent‘s, skill’s, knowledge, experience, and creativity.
Then I go to work on completing a finished project, whereby we can both be proud. This a win-win situation for both of us, and makes for a great working relation- ship.
