2021 St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Sold

The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is delighted to announce the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace has sold. Forty of our members were involved in the building of this home, “The Sedona”, which was featured in the NW Natural Parade of Homes in September. All proceeds from the sale were donated to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission of “Finding Cures. Saving Children.”

The $1,350,000 Vancouver St. Jude Dream Home Showplace was built with donated labor and materials from local and national sponsors. Marnella Homes donated 100% of the net proceeds to the mission of St. Jude including a generous gift from the homebuyers.

Marnella Homes built the 2,827-square-foot house with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, office space and great room. The outpour of support and generosity for this home has created a very special Southwestern-inspired design loaded with luxury features and amenities from some of the most respected manufacturers.
