Ashley Shimer Joins the BIA Board of Directors

A new member has been appointed to the Building Industry Association of Clark County’s Board of Directors by 2022 President Aaron Helmes.

Ashley Shimer comes the BIA with over 20 years in the industry. She started in 2000 in marketing for Real Estate and then went on to hold a lending career for 16 years before finding her passion in development.  Ashley currently holds the position of Senior Account Executive with a specialty in Land Development

at WFG Title, where she assists agents, lenders, and developers in closing real estate transactions and growing business revenue.  She is RCC certified and has a passion for new construction in our county, and the economic impact and opportunity it brings.

Aaron Helmes, BIA’s 2022 President, states, “We are grateful and excited to have Ashley join the BIA’s Board of Directors. She will add a tremendous amount of experience and new perspective that will complement our current leadership culture well.”
