BIA promotes Makinster to Government Affairs Director
Vancouver, Wash – (March 6, 2019) – The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) has promoted Ryan Makinster to the role of Government Affairs Director. Makinster was brought on staff in March of 2018 and has quickly expanded the reach of the BIA’s community presence and government relations efforts. “Ryan jumped in, rolled up his sleeves and learned the nuances of our industry in record time. The experience and expertise he brings to this role has already made a difference for our members,” shared Michael Shanaberger, BIA President and Director of Sales & Marketing for Romano Construction.
Ryan provides an active and visible presence in our local communities at city council meetings and county work sessions to represent the building industry.
