How many years has Kingston Homes been in business?

Kingston Homes will celebrate ten years of business this June. We started with a leap of faith in the aftermath of the housing bust and subsequent recession. It has grown and flourished tremendously over this past decade.

Tell us a bit about Kingston Homes:

Kingston Homes is a custom home builder constructing homes in highly desirable communities in SW Washington. Many of which have been developed by our development team. Our mission is to build quality homes of impeccable design through collaboration and dedication to high standards. At Kingston, we try our best to be one step ahead of the pack with trends and design. We incorporate the beauty of the area in style and features to honor the great Pacific Northwest.

Tell us about a build you’re proud to have completed or an exciting build you’re currently working on:

Currently, we are very excited about our first project in Camas, a new community called North Side. We have created some innovative engineering approaches to address the sloping topography challenges, many involving tree and landscape solutions. We believe it will be a gorgeous community. The development groundbreaking will take place later this spring, with building lots available in early 2022.

What do you like most about being a BIA member?

As BIA members, we have the comfort of knowing we have support behind us. Kingston Homes has great respect for the local building community; We have partnered with many other builders and feel we are stronger together.

What advice do you have for small business owners just starting out or looking to grow?

My advice for owners just starting is to encourage those around you to share ideas and be open to new ideas. I feel our success at Kingston comes from our excellent team and their comfort in knowing we all trust each other to strive for the same goal.
