Two new members appointed to BIA Board of Directors

Albert Schlotfeldt and Caleb Blanton join the BIA Board of Directors

Vancouver, Wash – Two new members have been appointed to the Building Industry Association of Clark County’s Board of Directors by 2019 President Michael Shanaberger.

 

Appointed as Builder Director is Caleb Blanton, Quality Assurance Manager for New Tradition Homes. Caleb has been in the home building and construction industry for more than 20 years. He has broad experience within the industry, from working in multiple trade contractors’ businesses to holding a Principal position in a residential construction company. In addition to sitting on the leadership team at New Tradition Homes, he oversees the Warranty Department and is the lead representative for New Tradition Homes on Home Owner Association boards. Caleb is also a member of the New Tradition Homes Building Science Team.

 

Appointed as State Director is Albert Schlotfeldt, Owner and Attorney at The Schlotfeldt Law Firm, PLLC. Albert’s legal practice provides individual, corporate and institutional clients with services in construction, real estate, business and business litigation. He has been in practice for 30 years and is licensed in both state and federal courts in Washington and Oregon. He is a frequent lecturer on construction and real estate topics.
