Renovated Kitchen and Bathrooms give this home a fresh contemporary look.

Renovations to this home included upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms. In the kitchen, the old cabinets were an outdated golden oak finish, but were structurally sound so the decision was made to keep them in place. The cabinets were refinished in a fresh white color and the appearance was updated with all new doors and drawers. The functionality of the kitchen was improved with pull out shelving in the lower cabinets and soft close hinges and drawers. Natural gas was piped-in, and a new gas cook top installed. A beautiful island hood provides ventilation and more lighting. New LED room lighting and pendant lights over the island add to the natural light of the kitchen. The white cabinets and quartz counter tops with gray brick backsplash give the kitchen a bright contemporary look.

In addition to the kitchen, the bathrooms in the home were also renovated to complete the transformation. The old built-in bathtub was replaced in the master bath with a gorgeous free-standing tub in a tiled alcove with ample light provided by the large windows. All the bathrooms were upgraded with white cabinets Quartz tops, and mosaic backsplashes, which give the bathrooms a modern look.
