With a complete gut and rebuild of the main house, every aspect of the property has been changed and improved since our clients purchased it in October 2019.

Over the course of two years, this home transformed from a standard house with ‘good bones’ to a high-end showcase of craftsmanship, with every detail meticulously curated.

With a major structural re-framing to remove walls and create an open concept, much consideration was given to the many impressive focal points and how they would be highlighted from every vantage. These include: Three Davinci Custom fireplaces; A custom stair system with re-claimed beams and decorative custom steel railings; An antique French whiskey bar.

All these show-stopping features are tied together by the wide plank maple hardwood floors that run throughout most of the house, including the staircase. Additionally, the house is brought together by shiplap interior walls and also custom hand texture drywall on all walls throughout and high-end Rejuvenation hardware.

The house was also updated with Hayes Custom Cabinetry throughout kitchen, bathroom, laundry, mud room and master closet. The ultra-modern, high end custom master bathroom suite is an incredible transformation in its own right with heated floors, a 10 ft. open shower, custom water feature, solar tube, and lighted mirrors with integrated T.V. All bathrooms are finished with high end Euro-style cabinetry, porcelain tile and quartz countertops.

As if all of this were not an impressive enough undertaking, the home has also been outfitted extensively with smart home technology, two new decks were constructed, landscaping that includes a 7 tier waterfall in backyard, a 10×20 storage shed, a new asphalt driveway extension and tons of land clearing and landscaping was done to open up the property and make it accessible.
